For the more daring, here's another 4th of July makeup pictorial. It's a blue smoking eye with gold glitter and of course a red lip!
1. First prime your eyelid then pat a blue eyeshadow on your lid.

2. Insert a darker blue in the crease and blend it out to give a smokey look.
3. Add glitter to the eyelid.
4. Add mascara.
5. Finish it off with a red lip.
