4th of July Makeup #1

Heres a neutral makeup look for the 4th of July! Enjoy:)

1. Prime your eyelid.

2. Place a champaign color on your lid and a brown on in your crease.

3. Add a blue eyeshadow to your waterline.

4. Add eyeliner.

5. Add mascara.

6. Add red lipstick to the lips.
